How to Learn to Love Monday
What if God has something waiting for you today?
Not next week. Not next year. But today — a MONDAY, of all days!
Too often, we treat Mondays like something we have to endure—a return to stress, work, and responsibility. But what if we saw it differently? What if we recognized Monday for what it really is: a fresh start, a blank page, a gift from God?
Every single day we wake up is another opportunity to walk in God’s purpose, to trust God’s plan, and to expect God’s goodness.
- Monday is the day you get to take another step toward the calling God has placed on your life.
- Monday is the day you get to meet someone who could change your journey forever.
- Monday is the day you get to see God work in ways you weren’t expecting.
We dread Mondays because we focus on what we have to do. But faith calls us to see what we get to do. Instead of walking into the week with resistance, we can step into it with expectancy—knowing that God is already at work, preparing opportunities, orchestrating connections, and opening doors.
Every moment of our lives is held in God’s hands, including today. And the way we approach Monday is the way we approach the gifts God has given us. Will we grumble about them? Or will we step forward with faith, ready to see what God has in store?. You don’t have to see the whole staircase—just take the next step.
So go into Mondays with faith. Not just in what you have to do, but in what God gets to do — through YOU!
